Best pho around! Their vermicelli bowls are the best out of any other pho restaurant I’ve ever tried. Saute pho soup is also a favourite.
Absolutely delicious! All sauces we tried were made in house. Everything was fresh and hot, green onion cakes were so tasty!
Place was clean and bright. Smelled so amazing. Food came out super fast and was so good. Staff was super nice and very attentive. 10/10 will go back again for some of their pho next time. I got a #42.(pictured).

I LOVE this place. The portions are huge, the ingredients are fresh and the staff is so efficient and friendly. The place was full at lunch time but the serving staff are so fast and the food comes quickly. Did I mention I love Pho Hoan Pasteur....
Service is good, hit and miss depending who's serving you. Food is great and delicious. I ordered large pho special and vermicelli bowl here all the time. Happy customer overall.
Nice, bright and clean restaurant that serves delicious Vietnamese food. Received wonderful service from Joy who was helpful and so pleasant to deal with; Alvina was also very nice and gave wonderful and friendly service. The chicken rice plate was delicious and the meat was tender. I also enjoyed the Taro Bubble Tea. The complimentary hot tea was also good and it was served with a glass of water. It was also nice of them to replace rice (or noodles) with vegetables for someone in our group who was carb-cutting. The restrooms were nice and clean as well. There’s ample parking in front of the restaurant. They accept credit cards, including AMEX. We’ll keep coming back!
Met at Pho Hoan Pasteur in Fort Saskatchewan for lunch with an old friend. It was basically empty at 1130 so immediate seating. Service was fast friendly and efficient. Food was served in about five minutes and was excellent. Had the Five Colour Vermicelli. Highly recommend. By noon the restaurant was pretty much full (it was a Tuesday so maybe it gets very busy later in the week.) Good place for a quick business meeting.
